Three of the four GBCS basketball teams won the PVAC regular season and tournament championships. Congratulations to the middle school girls, JV boys, and varsity boys. All of the teams won the title games in convincing fashion outscoring their opponents by 23 or more points. The varsity boys made it to the Maryland Christian School Championship with an amazing come from behind victory versus New Life Christian from Frederick, but after leading most of the game against Chapelgate Christian they ran out of steam and lost 66 - 58. They finished a great season with a record of 32 wins and 3 losses.

Congratulations to Mrs. Schlueter and her yearbook staff from the 2011-12 school year for earning a second place finish for the Exaura in the Private/Parochial School division with enrollments of 500 to 1000 students.
